Make inner peace a need in your life.

Amongst a world that is always thriving off doing, and the need to constantly be achieving we may not find the time to stop, slow down and experience moments of stillness.
Within these moments of stillness, we are able to experience a sense of calm and a feeling of belonging, belonging to a world bigger than us. We are able to reflect on who we are and if we feel aligned with out true self and the choices we have made in our life.
I believe the universe has a plan for each and every one of us.
I have made a conscious effort to find time as a part of my daily practice to create a safe space for myself and to emerge into the now, weather it’s meditation or sitting out in nature. I give myself permission to let go of any judgment towards myself or fear and give myself compassion to where i am in my life and that I am exactly where i am suppose to be and that it will always be okay.
I find myself feeling a sense of gratitude when I’m in the present moment, grateful for being alive, the my health, the people in my life who truly appreciate me and grateful for all of my lessons so far in my journey.
The way we feel internally is how we reflect ourselves to the rest of the world, and the more worthy we feel about ourselves the more inner peace we cultivate and the less we need to worry about any external validation.
Within the small peaceful moments, we are able to acknowledge that we already have everything we need and that nothing external can ever fulfill us.
We as humans have the power to choose how good we feel, its as simple as being positive no matter what situation we are in or what life brings us.
The more at peace we are and of acceptance of ourselves the less any external situation will affect us.
Life can be chaotic and we are constantly moving, but we are deserving and it is our birth right to stop take a moment for ourselves and appreciate such beauty in the smaller moments.
The Inner peace we come to find, is the key to the how we are able to perceive our everyday life as a gift.
